The Warm Corner is operated by Tania Banerjee (Business Name), trading as The Warm Corner (Brand Name).
These Terms & Conditions apply to all event bookings, ticket purchases, and participation in events hosted by The Warm Corner.
By booking tickets through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Event Information

All event details, including date, time, venue, and pricing, are listed on the respective event pages.
The Warm Corner reserves the right to make changes to event schedules, content, or locations if necessary.
Customers are responsible for reviewing event details before booking.

3. Ticketing & Payment

Tickets must be purchased through our official website.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
A valid booking confirmation email with the QR code is required for entry to events.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may request cancellations or refunds in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If The Warm Corner cancels an event, customers will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Attendees must arrive on time for events. Late entry may not be permitted.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information when booking.

6. Liability

The Warm Corner is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged at events.
Participation in events is at the attendee’s own risk.
The Warm Corner is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, government regulations).

7. Intellectual Property

All event content, including materials, artwork, and presentations, is the property of The Warm Corner or its partners and can only be permitted to own or reuse at the discretion of the event host.
Recording, reproducing, or redistributing event content is not permitted without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
