Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We at The Warm Corner value our guests and aim to provide a smooth booking experience. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Event Cancellations by The Warm Corner

  • If an event is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund of the ticket amount.

  • Customers will be notified by email using the contact details provided at booking.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
